Processing + Shipping + Pick Ups

Arrows + Feathers currently offers shipping for delivery of products within the U.S. All products typically require a 3-5 business day processing period.  There are instances where this time may slightly increase as I work to expand the fulfillment team. You will be kept abreast of the status of your order during this period.

Orders take up to 1-3 business days (after processing) depending on your location. 

A+F does offer pickup of orders for customers. If you would like to pick your order up and can do so in the DC metro area, then select PICK UP at checkout to save on shipping costs. Pickups must be scheduled by email and are typically only on weekends. Please consider this when selecting this option. If you are unable to make your pickup appointment, you MUST notify me via email prior to your pickup appointment. There is a restocking fee for items that are not picked up within two weeks of your initial pickup date.



I understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. However, I do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please give me an opportunity to serve you better! More often than not, you will find my policies very flexible as I am a very small company.  My ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied.  
Please send an email to orders@arrowsnfeathers.com within one week of delivery and let me know what's going on. You will receive a reply within 24 hours. I will work with you to resolve the issue. If your item was broken or damaged in transit, Arrows + Feathers will replace it. Please include a photo of the damaged candle in your email.
