Why Coconut/Beeswax Blend?

When I first jumped into the candle game the first thing I looked up was the best type of wax available. My concerns were that it was eco friendly, non toxic and gave amazing scent throw. Coconut wax hits all three marks. It burns cleaner, faster and longer than other waxes and best of all it has an amazing creamy white finish which alleviated the need for dyes or extra coloring. 

I wanted to take things up a notch by adding in some beeswax. Beeswax works as an air purifier by emitting negative ions from the air to reduce dust, dander, and mold that float in the air we breath.

Our luxury candles are built on the foundation of this custom blend of two powerhouse waxes. It was love at first burn.

Processing + Shipping


Arrows + Feathers currently offers shipping for delivery of products. All products are made to order and typically require a 10 business day processing period.  There are instances where this time may slightly increase as I work to expand the fulfillment team. You will be kept abreast of the status of your order during this period.

A+F uses USPS to ship candle products throughout the United States. There is a flat rate of $10 plus $2 per additional item. Be assured that this cost is due to the fact that the bottles and jars are expensive to ship due to their fragility, the weight of the contents, and special packaging materials required. Orders take up to 1-3 business days (after processing) depending on your location. 

A+F does offer pickup of orders for candle customers. If you would like to pick your order up and can do so in the DC metro area, then use code “DMVPICKUP” at checkout to save the shipping costs. Pickups must be scheduled by email and are typically only on weekends. Please consider this when selecting this option. If you are unable to make your pickup appointment, you MUST let us know via email prior to your pickup appointment. There is a restocking fee for items that are not picked up within two weeks of your initial pickup date.

Apparel + Other Merch

A+F uses dropshipping for apparel and other non candle merchandise. This means that the items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Therefore shipping and processing times can vary based on location and demand. Typically orders are processed within 3-5 business days of the order and it takes an additional 5-8 business days for delivery. 


I understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. However, I do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please give me an opportunity to serve you better! More often than not, you will find my policies very flexible as I am a very small company.  My ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied.  


Please send an email to arrowsxfeathers@gmail.com within one week of delivery and let me know what's going on. You will receive a reply within 24 hours. I will work with you to resolve the issue. If your candle was broken or damaged in transit, Arrows + Feathers will replace it. Please include a photo of the damaged candle in your email. For other merchandise, I may replace damaged or defective products as necessary on a case by case basis for your specific purchase.
